Keynote Speakers & Seminar Presenters
Steve Leddy has been a church planter for his entire pastorate. He and his wife, Melissa, have a special passion to build relevant churches and ministries that appeal to unchurched young adults. Steve is currently the Church Planting Director for Multiethnic Ministries in the Greater New York Conference as well as the founder of the Church Planting and Adventist Leadership School (CPALS) providing hands on training for young adults with no ministry experience; The Church Planting Institute (CPI) which trains pastors and lay leaders to plant effective new churches in their local context; and Allies In Mission (AIM), a training program to dramatically increase the mission effectiveness and disciple making potential of new and existing churches.
Tim Madding has served in ministry over 20 years and believes that the local church is God’s primary tool for the salvation of the world. Tim, his wife, Andrea, and 18 year old son, Ethan, live in Beltsville, Maryland, just outside our nation’s capital. Tim helped Beltsville Adventist Church become a multisite church by launching a second campus with plans to add additional campuses throughout the greater Washington, DC area.
Ed Schmidt serves as the Director of the NAD Evangelism Institute and Theological Field Education Program. He also oversees the Equipping University<http://www.nadei.org/article/385>, a certificate program that allows church members to participate in a variety of the most comprehensive and practical seminary courses, presented directly to local conferences and churches.
Ethan Woodard has been a Disciple of Christ and a Defender of the Faith from the age of thirteen and has been deeply in love with Jesus and all of his children ever since. Ethan has been a full time missionary for the past eight years and He is currently serving as Outreach Coordinator for Lightbearers and Storyline Adventist Church in Eugene, Oregon. Ethan is a veteran of the 75th Ranger Regiment Spec Ops and the 1/501st Airborne. Ethan and his wife Deanne have been married 18 years and have three beautiful children Ava, Lex and Regan.
Scott Grisswald is an experienced missionary with over 15 years in Cambodia. Scott, is the Associate Director for the ASAP Ministries in Berrien Springs, Michigan. In 2017 Scott and his family chose to relocate to Houston, Texas where he is currently running a Reach The World Next Door training center for developing and training leaders to work with refugee groups in North America and around the globe. Scott is an inspirational presenter who has a heart for helping those away from home discover the love of Jesus in practical ways.
El pastor Abdiel del Toro es el Vicepresidente de la Asociación de la Florida a cargo de los Ministerios en Español. Él tiene más de 12 años de experiencia en el ministerio. Comenzó a trabajar como pastor en Puerto Rico de donde es oriundo, y los últimos seis años ha servido en la Asociación de la Florida como pastor de los distritos de Jacksonville y West Palm Beach. En Puerto Rico también se destacó como comunicador radial dirigiendo varios programas radiales con una gran audiencia, resultando en ganancia de almas para Cristo. Es apasionado por el discipulado y el evangelismo.
Jose Cortes Sr., - ha trabajado como pastor, evangelista, plantador de iglesias y maestro en la División Interamericana, Euroafricana y Norteamericana. También se desempeñó como Secretario Ejecutivo y presidente de la Conferencia de Nueva Jersey. El pastor Cortés tiene una pasión por la multiplicación de grupos pequeños, el discipulado, la predicación, el evangelismo y la capacitación de otros para el ministerio. La plantación de iglesias ha sido una parte importante de su ministerio. Es un escritor prolífico y autor de varios libros.
Abraham Acosta Newball nació en Colombia aunque como hijo de misioneros ha vivido la mayor parte del tiempo fuera de su país natal. El Pr. Acosta hizo sus estudios teológicos en las universidades que tiene la Iglesia en Chile y Argentina y Filipinas (Online). Actualmente esta terminando una Maestria en Misiones & estudios Interculturales en Columbia International University, South Carolina, USA.
Boyan Levterov was born and grew up during communism in the home of a pastor in the country of Bulgaria. Currently he is the lead pastor of Crosswalk Fellowship and the Texas Conference Church Planting Director. Boyan's passion is working with unchurched young adults in urban area. During the last 4 years he has overseen the planting of 50+ churches in the Texas conference, one of the leading conferences in church multiplication. Boyan has his Master of Divinity and Masters in Business Administration degrees from Andrews University and is currently working on his Doctor of Ministry program in Leadership. Boyan is blessed to have his wife, Viara and his kids Nathalie and Timmy partnering in ministry with him.

Marc Lien Pastor Marc loves to encourage people by helping them embrace the benefits of Jesus’ death and resurrection. Three years ago he started working with Adventist Christian Fellowship, a new church plant in north San Antonio, Texas where he lives with his wife Danielle and their children, Megan and Isaiah.
